Responsibilities

• As Plant Manager, you will commission and oversee the entire plant's operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing production processes, and managing a high-performing team. 


• This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the aerosol manufacturing industry.  


• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.  


• Implement and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation.  


• Ensure adherence to international quality and safety standards (ISO, GMP).  


• Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.  


• Monitor expenses, reduce waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives.  


• Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.  


• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.  

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.  


• Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a plant leadership role.  


• Strong knowledge of aerosol production processes and machinery.  


• Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations.  


• Familiarity with ERP systems and automation technologies.  


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
