Job Description

• The role involves conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions andworking independently without requiring guidance. Proficiency in Figma is essential.


• Responsibilities include developing user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactiveprototypes, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, andconducting user testing and validation. 


• You will ensure accurate designimple mentation, contribute to maintaining design systems and documentation, andprioritize creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• User Research and Analysis:Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions.


• Work Independently; Candidate must be able to work independently without any handholding required.


• Tool of Choice: Candidate must be proficient with Figma.


• Conceptualization and Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.


• Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design feedback, and


• Iterate on solution.


• User Testing and Validation: Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and analyse data to refine and improve designs.


• Design Implementation:Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are


• implemented accurately and effectively.


• Design Systems and Documentation: Contribute to developing and  maintaining design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.


• User Focus: A strong understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
