Job Description
General Responsibility: This is an administrative position providing support and assistance to enhance effectiveness in every area of the business.
Activities:
- Manage appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prioritize business and meetings commitments, knowing which meetings to accept, decline, defer etc based on the understanding of the urgency or importance of the meetings
- Take notes and minutes at management meetings and distributed them later to different units and officers for action and subsequent closures
- Read and analyse incoming emails, documents and, reports to determine their significance and distribute them for appropriate action.
- Prepare and edit presentations, communications and, other documents after collating information from relevant faculties and departments
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, internal or external
- Carry out any other duties as may be required from time-to-time

Qualifications/Experience
Minimum B.Sc or its equivalent
