- Undertake design projects from initial client contact to completion.
- Determine client’s job requirements and project goals and work with the team to interpret and translate into clear project plans.
- Strategically map-out and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, worker allotment and resource allocation.
- Schedule workflow and ensure appropriate delegation/assignment of team members to execute projects.
- Oversee, manage and monitor all ongoing projects onsite including all artisans, vendors, contractors and other workmen.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders including clients, design team, contractors, artisans and vendors.
- Oversee material and products sourcing; and ensuring quality control, all materials and work tools must be of the highest quality and standard required for project success.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays.
