We are seeking an experienced and skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes, leading the kitchen team, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and mentoring junior staff.
Maintain exceptional culinary standards, including presentation, flavor, and quality.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Minimum of 5years of experience as a Continental Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen management software and systems.
