Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to lead and oversee audit engagements. 


• The role involves managing audit processes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial data tests and audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Plan and oversee the auditing process, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.


• Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors, providing supervision and mentorship.


• Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.


• Review team members’ work to ensure compliance with auditing standards.


• Present audit findings to management with actionable recommendations.


• Coordinate periodic audits and ensure timely submission of reports.


• Stay updated on relevant legislation, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and industry practices.


• Resolve complex auditing issues and assist in implementing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.


• ICAN certification is mandatory, with at least 4 years of post-ICAN experience.


• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk assessment techniques.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
