The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in financial management, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with CBN regulations and industry standards.


• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies,facilitating audits and inspections.


• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.


• Monitor  financial  performance,  prepare  financial  reports,  and  provide  strategic recommendations to senior management.


• Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory returnsin compliance with CBN guidelines.


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningactivities.


• Implement risk management strategies to safeguardfinancial assets.


• Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changesto ensure continuous compliance.

Persons Specification

• First degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.


• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is required.


• Minimum of five (5) years of post ICAN experience


• Strong background in financial control,auditing, and regulatory compliance.
