Job Summary

• We are seeking for a skilled Field Operations Officer – Fabricator to oversee branding and fabrication projects from planning to execution. 


• The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of tasks, material selection, and quality control while maintaining safety standards.


• This role requires hands-on expertise in fabrication techniques, machinery operation, production and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise branding and fabrication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.


• Evaluate materials for durability, aesthetics, and project suitability.


• Conceptualise and execute creative, unique fabrication ideas


• Operate, maintain, and escalate issues with fabrication tools and machinery.


• Collaborate with design and operations teams to bring creative concepts to life.


• Manage on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.


• Maintain and manage fabrication tools, equipment, and workspace.


• Coordinate and oversee vendors and site installations.


• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective measures.


• Perform site visits, draft reports, and provide recommendations for project improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications


• 3-5 years experience in branding, fabrication, or structural installations.


• Expertise in metal, wood, acrylic fabrication, and finishing techniques.


• Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute accordingly.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures.


• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites.
