Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support for our flexible packaging applications. This role involves offering solutions to customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on polymer raw materials, formulations, and the processes involved in blown and cast film production.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on flexible packaging applications and resolve technical inquiries.


• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to materials, processes, and machinery.


• Customer Visits: Build long-term relationships with customers through site visits and tailored solutions.


• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and internal teams to improve products and processes.


• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and propose enhancements.


• Training: Provide technical training to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or related field


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in flexible packaging
