Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, anticipate, and resolve challenges that can disrupt fleet performance.


• Manage real time fleet issues; ensures prompt resolutions.


• Give a structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head, Fleet Management.


• Responsible for retention of riders and creating a happy atmosphere amongst the riders.


• Manage the relationship between the organization and the riders.


• Quarterback all activities in the department and ensure end-to-end quality assurance and business satisfaction.

Desired Experience / Knowledge

• 2+ years of experience in customer experience issue resolution


• Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment


• Excellent communication skills.


• Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.
