Job Overview:




  • We are looking for a Mid-Level Strategist to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and business growth. 

  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

  • This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence twice a month, while primarily working remotely.



Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution:




  • Develop brand, marketing, and business strategies that drive engagement and growth.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategy.

  • Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaigns.



Marketing & Communication Strategy:




  • Create customer-centric marketing plans based on insights and data.

  • Optimize brand messaging, positioning, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.



Consumer & Market Research:




  • Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and performance data to refine strategies.

  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs and report on strategic outcomes.



Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:




  • Work with creative, content, and marketing teams to align goals and execution.

  • Present strategic recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.



Requirements

Education & Experience:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or business consulting.

  • Experience working in advertising, media, digital marketing, or business strategy roles.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and trend forecasting.

  • Knowledge of marketing tools, digital platforms, and consumer insights tools.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
