Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.


• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.


• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant.


• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, waste reduction, and machine performance.


• Maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, compliance records, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master’s degree will be an added advantage.


• 5+ years’ experience as a Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry.


• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP.


• Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, process engineering, and automation.


• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising production team.


• Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Proficiency in production planning software and lean manufacturing methodologies.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
