•  We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Team Leader to join our dynamic team at a leading brokerage firm in Lagos.


• In this role, you will play a critical role in building and managing a team, ensuring sales targets are met, building long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

 Responsibilities:

• Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.


• Coach team members to perform their tasks effectively 


• Monitor team performance to fulfil management duties and ensure targets are met. 


• Set goals and expectations.


• Training the team, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.


• Resolving Conflict.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in online trading (Forex, CFDs, Options, etc.) preferred.


• Proven track record of success in a sales environment and leadership skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).


• A passion for the financial markets and a drive to help team achieve their sales targets.
