Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Driver who will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in road safety, knowledgeable about Lagos routes, and capable of multitasking between driving and basic office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company executives, staff, and guests to various destinations as required
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and well-maintained
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company driving policies
- Perform routine checks and promptly report any vehicle issues or servicing needs
- Maintain a logbook of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
- Handle pick-ups and deliveries of official documents, parcels, and office supplies
Administrative Support:
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and document handling
- Support with errands such as bank transactions, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Provide general assistance to the Admin or Operations team as assigned
- Run official correspondence or internal document delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE; additional qualification in administration or logistics is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, navigation apps, and alternative routes
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Punctual, courteous, and highly organized
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform dual roles
