Eden’s Honey is a fast-growing premium honey brand, and we are looking for a sales representative to help make our product the talk of the town! If you have a passion for sales, love connecting with people, and are excited about driving brand growth, we want you on our team.



In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build key industry relationships, and ensure our honey reaches more households, hotels, hospitals, and pharmacies.



Job Summary



As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and increasing sales of our honey products through direct field marketing and business development. You will play a crucial role in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and approach potential customers, including households, hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and direct consumers.

  • Promote and sell honey products through door-to-door sales, market activations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of OND in any related field.

  • Proven experience in FMCG or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



Compensation:




  • Salary: ₦80,000 monthly

  • Sales commission

  • Transport Allowance: ₦20,000 per month
