Are you an organized and professional individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointments, maintain office schedules, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement.
- Support HR and administrative functions, including maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when required.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide general support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
