Are you an organized and professional individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.

  • Manage appointments, maintain office schedules, and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement.

  • Support HR and administrative functions, including maintaining employee records.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when required.

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

  • Provide general support to various departments as needed.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
