Job Overview
- We are seeking a Crane Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of cranes and lifting equipment.
- This role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining equipment reliability.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in crane systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in cranes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crane maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical crane systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating tasks.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to lifting equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with the maintenance of Offshore Pedestal Crane.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in crane maintenance, lifting equipment inspection, or related field.
- Experience working with cranes in industries such as construction, ports, offshore, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with crane brands like Techcrane, Liebherr, Manitowoc, Konecranes, or similar.
