Job Responsibilities:




  • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding potentialHNI clientele for the organization.

  • Conducting cold callsand book dailyappointments with HNI prospects.

  • Ensuring prospective clientsfeel comfortable and valued throughout the engagement.

  • Using pre-written scriptsto showcase products/services, tailoring conversations to client needs.

  • Gathering and relayingclient feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Maintaining and updatingthe HNI client database and keep recordsof interactions.

  • Following up on all prospectsand nurture relationships to drive conversions.

  • Submitting daily/weekly activityreports to the General Manager.

  • Managing the pitch/proposal development process over the phone.

  • Providing guidance and support to clients, ensuringhigh satisfaction levels.

  • Handling incoming calls professionally and maintain a high level of customerservice.

  • Promoting products/services by creating a positive imageand emphasizing value.

  • Achieving and exceeding set KPI targets.



Person Specification:




  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a relatedfield.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Telesales Executive or relatedrole.

  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling sales,or online appointment booking.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent customer serviceand relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets.
