Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive land and buildingsurveys for planning, design, and construction.


• Performing feasibility studies,cost analysis, and site inspections.


• Advising on environmental impact, boundary placement, and health & safety.


• Supporting in developing and ensuring project accuracy in line with project description, client needsand quality from conception to completion.


• Overseeing documentation, legalrecords, and regulatory compliance.


• Leading workforce training, performance improvement strategies, and team motivation.


• Setting out piling,pile caps, technicalformwork, and curvedstructures.


• Staking out buildinglayouts and ensureprecise levelling for high-rise structures.


• Aligning and plumblift core walls while ensuringcompliance with projectspecifications.


• Ensuring construction timelinesand budgets are met.

Person Specification:

• A bachelor’s degreein Surveying, CivilEngineering, or a related field.


• 10-15 year of experience as a quantitysurveyor or relatedrole.


• Proven experience in land/building surveying, particularly in high-rise construction.


• Strong knowledge of construction layouts,levelling, and structural alignment.


• Proficiency in surveyequipment and software.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
