Job Summary

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations in the hospital. 


• The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, supervise nursing staff and support the development of clinical protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current or retired license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.


• Minimum of 15 years nursing experience, including leadership roles in clinical settings.


• Retired matrons with strong supervisory background are encouraged to apply.


• Excellent organizational, mentoring, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to uphold nursing ethics and lead by example.
