Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled female Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Smash Technology Limited. 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities




  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO

  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the CEO's office

  • Provide administrative support for board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other materials

  • Coordinate and arrange events, conferences, and meetings on behalf of the CEO

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior-level executives

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities



Qualifications




  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience working in the technology industry

  • Certification in administrative assistance, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Secretary (CES)
