Responsibilities

• Spearhead our client growth and expand in the Banking, FMCG, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention


• Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


• 3 years’ experience as Business Development Officer in the HR Consulting industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work remotely.
