Responsibilities




  • Verification of KYCs.

  • PEP and Sanction List checks, Risk classification.

  • Corporate referee verification for corporate accounts.

  • Documentation and record-keeping of Clients’ information.

  • Amendment of account details when necessary.

  • Removal of accounts from PND.

  • Account upgrade.

  • Onboarding agency banking accounts.

  • Blocking and unblocking of accounts.

  • Revalidation of clients’ information.

  • Reactivation of dormant accounts.

  • Portal onboarding for new clients.

  • Monitoring USSD accounts and transactions.

  • Investment Liquidation.

  • ATM Card processing.

  • QR Code generation.

  • BVN Enrollment.

  • Sending of broadcast messages.

  • Sending regulatory and internalreports.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 - 5 years experience.
