Responsibilities
Visitors Reception:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Call Management:
- Ensure that incoming calls are answered promptly;
- Ensure that reception area is manned at all times during working hours;
- Records every call (official calls) that comes in, in the absence of any personnel concerned;
- Records every call (outgoing) and the caller’s name;
- Ensure proper functioning of the PABX at all times.
Reception Area Management:
- Ensure cleanliness of the reception;
- Managing the front office;
- Visitor/customer management;
- Mail management and procedural support;
- Carry out any other jobs as may be assigned.
Personal Assistant to MD:
- Provide support to MD on administrative tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize MD’s schedule and activities to ensure optimal use of time
- Plan, organize travel itinerary and flights, accommodation and transportation.
- Ensure MD’s office is clean and organize at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
