Job Purpose
- The Customer Satisfaction Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, sales expertise, and exemplary service delivery.
- The primary focus of this role will be on promoting and selling products while addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell DSL's range of medications and vaccines to veterinarians, poultry farmers, and agricultural businesses within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support to customers to ensure proper usage and maximize product efficacy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, product information, and support related to DSL's poultry drugs and vaccines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely response to their queries and concerns.
- Provide product education and training to customers to ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of poultry drugs and vaccines.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives and strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or agricultural industry, post-NYSC.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Knowledge of poultry farming practices, veterinary medicine, and pharmaceutical products is preferred.
