Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.


• Liaise with customers and management to ensure smooth operations and delivery.


• Monitor, control & manage business operations to meet customers’ expectations and the company’s goal.


• See to the supervision and implementation of daily production reports.


• Coordinate and see to the completion of projects on time within budget & scope


• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize the project's progress.


• Ensure resource availability and allocation.


• Order, purchase, and manage the distribution of technical materials & equipment to workers


• Work with team leads, supervisors, and department heads to achieve high performance.


• Ensure that products meet industry standards and project specifications. Adjust as necessary.


• Monitor and see to the inventory of all equipment, tools, machines and generators used in and out of the factory.


• Communicate the day's schedule, including scheduling changes to staff. Coordinate and track project progress and schedules.


• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.


• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget


• Formulate and discuss strategic and operational objectives that align with organizational goals as and when due.


• Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.


• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.


• Monitor and supervise the production or manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.


• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Plan and coordinate logistics activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant with 4 - 10 years work experience.
