Carries out CCTV Installations,its routine maintenance and enhanced performances.
General computer maintenance.
Knowledge of clock in and out machine.
Help to prepare CBT infrastructure for JMC.
Responsibilities
Help in building a networked digital classroom
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
Installing and downloading appropriate software
Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
Implementing computer networks
Designing and maintaining web sites
Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
His other responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
Usage of email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Computer Science with at least 2 years work experience in a similar position.
