Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive career strategies for talent, aligning with their individual goals and aspirations.


• Identify and pursue suitable projects and opportunities through active networking and industry relationships.


• Prepare clients for auditions, interviews, and public appearances by providing coaching and guidance.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, agents, and other industry professionals, ensuring favorable terms.


• Manage client schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.


• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with talents, providing ongoing support and guidance.


• Advocate for talents' interests and protect their well-being throughout their career journey.


• Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Manager for a minimum of 4 years.


• Strong network within the entertainment, media, and branding industries.


• Experience in contract negotiation, brand partnerships, and business development.


• Managing public relations, crisis management, and media engagements.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Proactive and resourceful


• Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment


• Must live in Lagos (Island preferably)
