Key Responsibilities




  • Project Tracking & Organization – Monitor project deliverables, due dates, and progress, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client goals.

  • Client Communication & Follow-ups – Manage email communications, follow up on outstanding items, and keep clients informed about project updates.

  • Stakeholder Management – Act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear expectations and seamless collaboration.

  • Objection Handling & Issue Resolution – Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling client concerns, ensuring positive and productive interactions.

  • Documentation & Reporting – Keep track of important project details in Google Sheets and other project management tools, ensuring all stakeholders have access to updated information.

  • Client Calls & Meetings – Confidently lead client-facing meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on next steps.

  • Seamless Project Execution – Deliverables are completed on time, and projects stay on track without delays.

  • Clear & Proactive Communication – Clients and internal teams are always informed, reducing misunderstandings and last-minute changes.

  • Well-Organized Documentation – All project details are properly recorded, accessible, and up-to-date.

  • Confident Client Engagement – Meetings are conducted professionally, with strong objection handling and positive rapport.



Qualifications




  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within the CPG or cosmetics industry.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and adaptability to other project management tools.

  • Client-facing experience – must be comfortable leading client calls and discussions.

  • Personality fit is key – must have a pleasant demeanor, strong objection-handling skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

  • Comfortable working in the adult wellness industry. Note: not all of their clients are in this space.
