Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to hire a skilled Baker / Cake Decorator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for baking a variety of pastries and cakes, as well as decorating cakes to a high standard. You will work with the team to create visually appealing and delicious baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency. The role also involves managing baking schedules and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

Salary: 100,000 - 120,000

Location: Ikota Lekki

Working Days & Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Sunday (1 Day Off)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Baking a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods


• Decorating cakes according to customer specifications and design standards


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace


• Managing baking schedules to meet demand


• Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have relevant experience in baking and cake decorating


• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, decorating tools, and ingredients


• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake design
