Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to hire a skilled Juicer / Fruit Salad & Parfait Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh fruit juices, fruit salads, yogurt parfaits, and other related items to a high standard. You will work with the team to create healthy and delicious offerings, ensuring quality, freshness, and consistency. The role also involves maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to food safety standards.

Salary: 100,000 - 120,000

Location: Ikota Lekki

Working Days & Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Sunday (1 Day Off)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing fresh fruit juices, fruit salads, and yogurt parfaits


• Ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients used


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace


• Creating new fruit juice blends and parfait combinations


• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have relevant experience in making fresh juices, fruit salads, and parfaits


• Knowledge of various fruit and yogurt combinations and presentation techniques


• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and creativity in preparing food items
