Position Overview: 



The HR Officer will play a dual role, ensuring seamless administrative support to the executive team while overseeing HR-related functions to maintain a motivated and productive workforce. This position is ideal for an organized and dynamic individual with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for building positive workplace relationships.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and other related documents.

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.

  • Organize training sessions and employee development programs.

  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related support as needed.

  • Assist in payroll management and ensure compliance with labor laws.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Proven experience in administration and HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting

  • Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities 



Pay Package




  • Net salary 200,000
