Position Overview:
We seek a result-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities and driving the success of our business through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new market opportunities and potential partnerships
- Generate business initiatives through broader understanding of our product knowledge and propose it as a sellable business opportunity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business initiatives
- Monitor and report on business development performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track of success in business development, sales or a similar role
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
Pay Package
- Net salary range of 350,000
