Job Purpose: 



The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility, sales, and brand awareness across key retail and wholesale channels.



Scope:



He/she will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Plan and implement in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising initiatives. Also, Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and Organize and manage trade activations, sampling programs, and promotional campaigns

  • Promotional Campaign Effectiveness

  • Distributor & Retailer Engagement

  • New Product Launch Support

  • Sales team Head Office

Essential Job Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotions.

  • Coordinate in-store branding, displays, and visibility initiatives.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to enhance trade marketing strategies.

  • Manage budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure brand presence.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
