Job Purpose: 



The Key Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring the company's products maintain strong visibility and penetration within key accounts.



Scope:

He/she will be responsible for market analysis, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales execution and customer satisfaction.



EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:




  • Customers and End Users



INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: 




  • Sales team Head Office

  • Sales team Regional Office



Essential Job Responsibilities:




  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.

  • Identify business opportunities and create account-specific sales strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key clients.

  • Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning.

  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
