Job Purpose:
The Key Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring the company's products maintain strong visibility and penetration within key accounts.
Scope:
He/she will be responsible for market analysis, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Identify business opportunities and create account-specific sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
