Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.


• Review and interpret project specifications, building codes, and regulations.


• Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and other professionals.


• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design intent.


• Utilize architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).


• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.


• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.


• Research and integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.


• Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural design or construction.


• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).


• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.


• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
