Role Overview:

• As Junior Inventory Manager, you’ll support inventory planning, control, and reporting to ensure our kitchens and packing departments never run short—or overstock—on ingredients and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and supplies


• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries


• Conduct weekly physical counts; reconcile discrepancies


• Update inventory system (ERP/Excel) with receipts, usage, and wastage


• Forecast demand based on sales data and seasonal trends


• Collaborate with Kitchen, Packing, and Logistics teams to optimize stock flow

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in inventory, supply chain, or procurement


• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP/inventory software a plus


• Good communication and teamwork abilities


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
