We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple area teams, drive overall regional performance, and support the execution of the company’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the sales strategy across multiple states within the region.
Manage Area Sales Managers and support field operations.
Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts.
Build partnerships and expand customer base.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for sales teams.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead regional teams and achieve targets in the FMCG industry.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
