Our client is recruiting to fill the position of Maintenance Officer and Maintenance Manager.The position is located in Festac Amiwo Odofin area of Lagos State.

The ideal candidate should have requisite education in electrical engineering with minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a 4 star hotel or similar Industry as a good maintenance engineer.

The responsibilities shall include:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime 


• Prompt response to Maintenance request from guest and hotel department to ensure guest satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with health ,safety and building codes as well as hotel policies


• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs ,service records and equipment manual


• Overseeing the installation,servicing and repairs of hotel equipment and appliances


• Maintenance of  inventory for all  maintenance supplies and request restocking


• Working wirh external contractors and vendors for any specialized maintenance work or service 


• Training and mentorship of the maintenance team to enhance technical skills and  efficiency 


• Developed and enforce safety procedures to protect staff ,guest and the hotel properties 


• Monitoring of energy consumption and make recommendation for energy efficiency.


• Ensures that all emergency system  which incluse fire alarm and back up generators are operational


• Develop and implement a schedule maintenance plans for all equipenents and the hotel infrastructure .


• Conducting risk assessment and ensure all maintenance action meets safety compliance


• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and energy efficient solution for cost saving.


• Any other duty incidental to the position
