Job Duties

• In charge of reception, storage and issuance of Inventory with utmost attention required to ensure smooth operation


• Checking the orders from support Centre and verifying all way bills presented by the logistics team.


• Responsible for the release of supplies as needed by the shop.


• Ensures all records are accurate, up to date and fully reconciled


• Ensure accurate record keeping, sign-offs and filing


• Escalation of slow-moving items to the Shop Manager and Finance Department


• Ensure stock taking exercise and reconciliation is carried out as scheduled


• Ensure secure measures are put in place to avoid damage or loss of stock 


• Ensures stock balances on BIN card tallies with stock balances in the store always.


• Maintains and provides relevant stock reports (Routine and Periodical) as may be required


• Ensure store is kept neat, orderly and tidy


• Ensure full compliance with all Stock issuance policy


• Tracks the trend of goods movement as an input into the Inventory management process


• Assist with other areas of the restaurant as directed by the supervisors, shop manager (including but not limited to assisting with offloading from suppliers and loading empties into the bus)


• Maintain excellent time keeping and attendance.


• Must be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment, prioritizing duties with the most important duty carried out first


• Ensure to have a clean and presentable appearance during working hours.


• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.


• Maintain a positive and professional approach with colleagues and customers.


• Diligently carry out instructions given by the supervisors, shop manager and other superiors.


• Communicate well with people of all levels.


• Report any issue of concern to Shop Managers.


• Always be a team player and use initiative where and when necessary
