JOB PURPOSE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advertising the business online, developing, Implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, promoting the company's products and services including advertising via website, email campaigns, social media, enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads / customer.
Internal Contacts: Executive Management and all departments.
External Contacts: Opinion Leader, KOL, Agency and Vendor.
Job Description
PLAN AND EXECUTE ALL DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Analyse campaign, suitable communication, create content with suitable communication to customers, deliver messages to customers, execute content across all digital media channels. Including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
GRAPICS DESIGN, BUILD AND MAINTAIN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA
Be able to handle basic graphic design tasks on their own, working alongside as digital marketers to provide the visual content need, comfortable using basic online graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe etc.
MEASURE, ANALYZE AND REPORT PERFORMANCE OF ALL DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Monitor the impact of advertising campaigns and quantify the results of their broader marketing efforts. Be able to use analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
IDENTIFY TRENDS, INSIGHT, BUILD BRAND AWARENESS AND OPTIMIZE SPEND BUDGET
Monitoring industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights. Building brand awareness and recognition through strategic positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Leverage various digital channels to disseminate brand messaging, showcase product offerings, and engage target audiences in meaningful ways, ultimately enhancing brand visibility and recall.
BRAINSTORM NEW AND CREATIVE GROWTH STRATEGIES
