Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies aligned with our environmental impact goals.


• Identify and apply for relevant grants, donor funding, and CSR partnership opportunities to support our recycling programs.


• Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, corporate partners, and sustainability-focused organizations.


• Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch recycling and circular economy initiatives to potential funders.


• Monitor trends in the sustainability space and propose innovative solutions for business expansion.


• Prepare high-quality concept notes, proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective partners and funders.


• Represent the company at industry events, sustainability forums, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in a business development or grant acquisition role.


• Familiarity with the recycling industry or circular economy is a strong advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic fundraising, preferably in the environmental or nonprofit space.


• Strong understanding of grant writing, donor reporting, and funding mechanisms (local and international).


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Ability to think strategically while managing execution on multiple fronts.


• Passionate about environmental sustainability and social impact.
