The Infrastructure & Project Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing, structuring, and executing financing for large-scale infrastructure projects.
This position involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, legal teams, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to develop innovative and sustainable financing solutions.
The specialist should possess deep expertise in financial modeling, structuring complex deals, risk assessment, and understanding the nuances of infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
Project Finance Structuring: Develop, evaluate, and execute financing structures for infrastructure projects.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for infrastructure projects.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with project developers, government authorities, financial institutions, and legal advisors
Project Documentation: Prepare and review financing documentation, including term sheets, loan agreements, project financing contracts, and partnership agreements.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA is preferred).
Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.
Strong background in financial modeling, financial analysis, and risk management.
