Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead regional efforts for poultry vaccines and feed concentrates.


• This is a strategic sales role focused on expanding market reach and driving growth across key territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies in assigned regions


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with farms, distributors, and retailers


• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption


• Provide technical support and product training where necessary


• Track and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities


• Achieve sales targets and expand market share

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field


• 7+ years of relevant sales experience in poultry health or feedmill companies


• Strong technical knowledge of animal health products


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills


• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
