Job Summary

• An expert in electrical and electronic engineering is needed to manage a complex maintenance environment within a poultry or cold chain facility. 


• This is a strategic leadership role ensuring technical excellence and zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical and electronic maintenance operations


• Develop and implement maintenance programs and SOPs


• Troubleshoot and repair high-tech equipment


• Maintain records of service and performance logs


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements


• Collaborate with senior management on infrastructure planning

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering


• 7 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in poultry or cold care


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Strong knowledge of automation and control systems.
