Job Summary




  • The Administrative Intern will provide support to the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. 

  • This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting. 

  • The intern will assist in managing office tasks, organizing files, and supporting staff with administrative functions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.

  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Help organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Manage correspondence—both physical and digital (emails, memos, etc.).

  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment.

  • Run basic errands and perform clerical duties as assigned.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents.



Requirements




  • Currently studying or recently completed a course in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
