Summary




  • We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth/Business Development Manager with more than four years of experience in the financial services sector to join our team. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fund Mobilization and Client Relationship Management. Experience in the asset management industry is a plus. 

  • role requires a dynamic professional with an existing clientele base, the ability to drive client acquisition, manage high-net-worth client portfolios, and contribute to business growth through strategic networking.



Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients.

  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to provide tailored financial advice.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on portfolio performance, market trends, and new investment opportunities.

  • Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust in financial planning strategies.

  • Business Development & Networking

  • Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the firm’s portfolio of high-net-worth and institutional investors.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.

  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build professional relationships.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or CIS is a plus).

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in investment/asset management.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and investment products.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage client investment portfolios.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
