Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Supervisor at Davidorlah Farms in Ago-Iwoye. 


• The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations, managing farm workers, implementing farming techniques, monitoring crop growth, and ensuring the quality of farm produce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in farm management and agriculture


• Knowledge of modern farming techniques and practices


• Ability to supervise and lead a team of farm workers


• Experience in crop monitoring and quality control


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors


• Previous experience in agribusiness is a plus


• Degree in Agriculture or related field is beneficial.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
