Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on local dental care needs, competitors, and patient demographics.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion based on market trends.
Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition:
- Develop strategies to generate new patient leads through digital marketing, local outreach, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with referring partners (e.g., general practitioners, specialists).
Sales Strategy & Community Engagement:
- Increase clinic visibility through local events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to offer dental services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Monitor patient feedback and collaborate with the team to improve patient retention.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on business development activities, patient acquisition, and clinic growth.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommend strategy adjustments.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experience from marketing to treatment.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.
