Job Description
We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and service-driven NYSC Corps Member to take on the role of Service Advisor. This person will be the bridge between customers and the workshop—ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Accurately record customer complaints, service requests, and vehicle conditions.
- Prepare job cards and communicate customer needs to technicians.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure that all jobs are tracked from start to finish and meet expected timelines.
- Cross-check completed jobs for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear records of services provided, costs, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with workshop staff for workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member in Abuja.
- BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment.
- A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
- Interest or background in automobiles is a plus.
